Born from the age old dinnertime question - “what shall we have tonight?”. Our co-founder James created this slow-cooked pork ragu as a no-fuss, flavour-packed solution, which turned out far too delicious not to share.
Exclusively made in small batches with free-range East Anglian pork & the finest ingredients, it’s rich, hearty, & full of depth. Just as satisfying on a cosy winter evening as it is for a quick, effortless summer supper.

PORK & ‘NDUJA RAGU - A slow cooked, free-range pork ragu made using Italian tomatoes & our very own spicy ‘Nduja salami. 1 Box = 15 pouches.

STORAGE
Keep frozen. Defrost in the fridge before use. Do not re-freeze once fully defrosted. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pour into a saucepan & cook until piping hot over a medium heat, stirring occasionally – don’t let it boil. Chef’s tip: keep the lid on your saucepan, the retained steam will keep your ragu saucy. Serve with your favourite pasta & top with parmesan (or cheddar, cheddar is great too).
