Affectionately known as ‘chubbs’, these little whole salami are made for slicing at home & sharing with anyone who loves proper British charcuterie.
This box includes all four of our salamis, each made by hand in small batches with free-range East Anglian pork. They’re all unsliced — perfect to come back to whenever you fancy cutting a chunk (or a few slices) to go with a glass of something cold.

SALSICCIA SECCA - Italian for “dried sausage” - this is the most minimal salami in our range. Lightly seasoned with sea salt & a touch of spice, it’s designed to showcase the natural quality of our pork.
GARLIC & BLACK PEPPER SALAMI - Combining the warmth of slow-roasted garlic with the citrusy brightness & gentle heat of Tellicherry black peppercorns. This salami is robust yet refined.
FENNEL SALAMI - Made using toasted & ground fennel seeds, this salami develops a deliciously fresh, natural fennel flavour that perfectly complements the pork.
SALAMI SAN LORENZELLO - Inspired by the southern Italian village of San Lorenzello, home to our co-founder’s family. With a flavour that bridges chorizo & pepperoni, it delivers gentle heat, savoury depth, & a naturally smoky sweetness, while remaining distinctively our own.
